The Role
- Collaborate with Asset Managers to oversee all aspects of development works.
- Lead overall management for new developments and existing assets across various sector classes including commercial, retail, residential, industrial, and logistics projects
Job Responsibilities
- Define development design requirements and create design briefs that align with the company's strategy.
- Oversee the development of design concepts and options.
- Manage Design Consultants and coordinate with relevant authorities for project approvals, including tender processes and construction administration.
- Oversee the entire development process from inception to completion.
- Engage service providers in line with procurement policies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while complying with regulations.
- Provide regular and accurate updates on project status and issues.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a small team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant Development or Project Management for commercial, retail, residential, industrial, or logistics projects, with a focus on developing solutions that meet business unit and shareholder needs.
- Committed to continuous improvement in design and processes by challenging the status quo and implementing value engineering.
- Independence, accountability, resilience, with demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
