Job Description

• Lead the Marine Operations Team to achieve berthing excellence for the organization's services and vessels.
• Coordinate with regional offices on berthing priority for incoming vessels. Handle exceptions and ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
• Engage in discussions with strategic vendors (e.g., PSA Terminals). Evaluation of the marine operations vendors' performance.
• Continuously review operational cost and address unfavorable trends. Initiate process improvements to align with business and customer requirements.
• Lead Equipment Operations Team in managing depot and inventory. Ensure sufficient EQM to support OSPL business.
• Manage depot and equipment operations effectively. Evaluate depot vendors' performance.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Logistics / Maritime or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience within the Marine / Shipping industries.
• Experienced in the utilization of data analytics tools (Tableu / Power BI).
• Comfortable managing internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Able to lead a team and promote cohesiveness.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
