Work Location: ION
Salary: $2,600 + Commission
Workdays & Hours: 5 days (44 hours) work week, shift rotation including weekends and PH.
Commission: average commission is about $600. A guaranteed commission of S$450 per month for the first 3 months of employment,thereafter will follow shop's commission scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and enhancing new and existing relationships with customers
- Achieving and maximizing sales, and target set proactively
- Demonstrating a strong sense of selling skills, product knowledge and after sales services
- Ensuring the shop is presented in according to the Company's standards
- Participating to Company's events when requested
- Providing support to all inventory management and assistance when necessary with operational and back of house activities
Requirements: - With at least 1-year fashion retail sales experience
- Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is a plus
- Possess excellent communications, team spirit and interpersonal skills
- Result driven, customer-oriented with a positive mindset
