Senior/ Design Manager

Job scope:

  • Efficiently manage customer data by organizing, editing, and processing it.
  • Oversee the transition from prototype to full production.
  • Analyze customer requirements and industry trends to develop a technology roadmap.
  • Perform Design Rule Checks (DRC) and manage system registrations.
  • Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles and respond to customer feedback.
  • Create and refine product drawings for client approval.
  • Maintain and update design and manufacturing documentation.
  • Produce and manage tooling and process check data.
  • Set product specifications and define process flows.
  • Collaborate with teams to review prototype outcomes and summarize quality results.
  • Establish and standardize design guidelines and operational processes.
  • Lead training initiatives for design engineers.
  • Manage research and innovation initiatives.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers and facilitate regular meetings to address their needs.


Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of related working experience in post-semiconductor process (Final/ Testing, Dicing, Packaging).
  • Experience with measurement, analysis, and reliability assessment tools.
  • Fundamental understanding of the substrate manufacturing process.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
