Job Scope:
- Accountable for overall Tableau support delivery for the client's project.
- Understand and follow the company and the client's governance policies.
- Manage and drive all the client meetings independently.
- Provide regular and proactive status reports to the client on Tableau tickets.
- Work with junior resources in the team and ensure all Tableau support tickets/assigned actions are delivered on time and with good quality.
- Should be able to articulate the incidents/business impact and work confidently with Tableau vendor and infrastructure teams to resolve the application issues.
- Manage and guide junior resources.
- Maintain runbooks/standard operating guides and manuals for Tableau.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent.
- More than 6 years of experience in below:
- Tableau Admin Support skill set
- Experience in designing and developing Tableau dashboards and reports
- Experience in Tableau administration, installation, and configuration tasks
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView
- Experience in managing Tableau server set-ups and upgrades
- Good understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.
- Experience in SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Experience in working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
