Responsibilities

• Provide support for in-house applications, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user concerns.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
• Prepare relevant and appropriate documentation, including user manuals, process flow diagrams and system specifications. Carry out user acceptance testing independently and with users.
• Function as a project manager when required, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or other related fields
• Good knowledge of ERP, Sales Order, Finance & MRP applications.
• Min. 4 years of experience in IT application support and familiarity with SDLC.
• Hands-on experience and strong knowledge in Oracle database.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills. Project management experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrates analytical and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Able to work independently, be a good team player and be able to communicate at all levels.
• Experience in the Manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
