Technical Support Engineer / Assistant Manager - Technical (Full time opening = Stability, Mechanical Engineering, industrial piping and instrumentation design/ 2D AutoCAD)
Job Scope:
- Attend technical meetings and presentations with customers.
- Perform technical calculations (e.g., WFC, Thermowell design, thermistor) and issue certificates.
- Provide technical advice and propose solutions to meet customer needs.
- Design and prepare technical drawings using 2D AutoCAD.
- Liaise with headquarters on design changes and certification compliance (e.g., ATEX, IECEx).
- Plan work schedules and guide technical support engineers.
- Address and resolve technical issues for customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand and meet customer requirements.
Additional Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in coordinating schedules and providing guidance
- Analytical problem-solving ability to propose alternative technical solutions that align with customer needs and company standards.
