Job Responsibilities

  • Researching of domestic and regional markets for potential sales opportunities in the Oil & Fats portfolio.
  • Assist in handling specific marketing accounts and effect sales with customers at such price and terms and conditions as set forth or specified.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure fulfillment of client's requests.
  • Supervising the shipping process and negotiate freight rates with freight forwarders / shipping companies.
  • Assisting the HOD with budgeting implementation and strategies implementation.
  • Pre-Trade registration on documentation (Customer / Vendor code, Credit line application, Business Partner registration, ECP and etc).
  • Check and confirm Trade details (Payment term, specification, shipment month and etc) for Purchase and Selling with Suppliers / Customers.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience within the Trading industry.
  • Prior experience in handling Oil & Fats will be highly advantageous.
  • Possess knowledge of international trading (Incoterms, Payment Term, Marine Insurance etc.)
  • Possess interpersonal and communication skills to develop good relationships and trust with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
