Job Scope

• Treasury Support: Handle duties such as interest fixing, fixed deposit placements, loan rollovers, bank account opening/closing, and KYC/due diligence.
• Bank Accounts Administration: Maintain and periodically review the database of banking mandates and online banking access rights in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Administrative Support for Overseas Companies: Arrange signatures, assist with documentary requirements, make travel arrangements for directors, and manage potential divestments.
• Vendor Management: Oversee the procurement of services from external vendors.
• Data Management: Revamp data management processes for three overseas companies.
• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve funding, treasury operations, and accounting matters.
• Financing Transactions: Support financing transactions and manage loan documentation from inception to post-closing.
• Board Paper Preparation: Assist with the preparation of board papers as required.
• Ad-Hoc Duties/Projects: Handle any additional tasks or projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive with the ability to independently meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of producing concise and well-structured written deliverables.
