• Oversaw daily aftersales processes such as CRM, workshop job allocation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, software, equipment, and manpower reporting to meet operational requirements.
• Ensured a harmonious working environment for employees, promoting a good Health and Safety culture within the business.
• Received and reviewed customer feedback, followed up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintained up-to-date service schedules for workshop facilities and equipment.
• Monitored and ensured timely vehicle deliveries to customers.
• Tracked and managed all warranty claims submissions and payments to distributors.
• Managed staff performance and career development plans.
• Coordinated inter-departmental matters for seamless operations.
• Provided technical support to distributors and fleet customers.
• Prepared and submitted weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related automotive field.
