This position is responsible for supporting the Accounting team in all Accounts Receivable tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue intercompany billings and record Accounts Receivable receipts accurately and on time.
- Provide administrative support, including managing mail/in-trays for senior stakeholders (Directors/VPs), handling purchase requisitions and orders, managing office supplies, overseeing local and international courier services, and coordinating archival tasks.
- Serve as a backup for the Department Secretary during absences.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignments as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 'O' level qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with SAP systems is a plus
