Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end pricing and implementation of new products.
• Assist Actuarial Pricing Leads and actively participate in the end-to-end actuarial pricing process, including executing premium and benefit pricing, setting actuarial assumptions, conducting profitability testing, implementing product systems, and performing user acceptance tests for quotation and administrative systems to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
• Liaise with Products, Distribution, and Policy Servicing teams to support client requests related to in-force policy statement updates, post-sales illustrations, channel incentive analysis, and marketing campaign setup.
• Participate in risk management-related projects, including addressing market risk mitigation, insurance risk review, and operational risk management.
• Assist with non-product development activities and participate in department-wide exercises such as periodic experience study updates, financial stress tests, board reports, regulatory initiatives, systems infrastructure upgrades, sales tools, and marketing support.
• Support the Head of Pricing to safeguard the financial health of the insurance company, protect the interests of policyholders, and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities under the Insurance Act.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of actuarial experience in life insurance product pricing is a plus.
• Experience with Prophet, VBA, and Excel programming is a plus.
• Sharp communication skills for clear business connectivity.
• Engaging and open-minded working attitude with a focus on being a good team player.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail in financial analysis.
