Job Summary: responsible for the strategic implementation of marketing communications for Heart Failure (HF) technologies in Asia Pacific (including China). This role is responsible for the stewardship, promotion, and communication of the brand and HF technologies in the Asia Pacific region. This role's success is built upon the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the business, product, customer, distribution channels, and competitors while applying their perspective and expertise in marketing communications to execute the regional plan. Understanding and respect for cultural sensitivities, diverse market environments and acceptance of a broad range of customer needs is mandatory for this role

Job Scope:

  • Assist in the development of the Annual Marcom Strategy to support raise therapy awarness and market development
  • Execute the APAC digital awareness strategy and lead nuturing program via Marketko.
  • Manage agencies and outside vendors to execute work within brand standards and consistent with product labeling, product positioning, and approved messaging.
  • Produce communication materials on time and on budget while using established department procedures and tools.
  • Collaborate closely with peers in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Congress/Events, Public Relations and Creative Services to align on product launches, campaigns, process, strategies, best practices and efficiencies.
  • Ensure communication materials leveraged from global/U.S. are modified for regional market and audience needs.
  • Assist in content strategy and development for digital channels, such as web, social, email and paid content marketing.
  • Assist in content strategy for specific tier 1-3 events and congresses in close collaboration with Congress/Events, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, PR and Brand peers.
  • Primary conduit between countries and Global Marketing for translation requirements across packaging, collateral, training and other Marcom materials.
  • Work with Global Website team to create and maintain APAC microsites if required to meet business objectives
  • Manage the Marketing Communications Approval Process across APAC
  • Manage print, inventory/repository (sales enblement tool) and distribution of all print and digital marketing materials according to compliance/regulatory requirements to support internal and external customers.
  • Act as primary lead for ad and promo regulatory reviews.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
  • Comply with all respective country regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
  • Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.



Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing/PR/Marcom or management with at least 3 years' experience in the field of Marketing, Marketing Communications, digital marketing/ advertising or other similar field required
  • Medical device and/or healthcare industry background is good to have
  • Knowledge on Marketo marketing automation and print production
  • Excellent use of MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel software
  • Experience working with PC and MAC platforms.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Good in project management skills.
  • Verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Good in proof reading skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of interdisciplinary teams that include product managers, designers, agencies, and marketing automation teams.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to independently manage multiple projects towards aggressive deadlines.
  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
  • Organizational and follow-up skills, team player as well as attention to detail.



Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to S$5.5K + 0.5-month bonus
  • Contract duration: 5-month contract, maternity covering
  • Commencement Date: end Sept 2024
  • Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
