Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of sales professionals to meet defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the building materials industry to expand market reach.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with designers, business owners, and industry influencers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and cold calling to open new accounts
- Promote brand visibility by utilizing marketing materials and display tools in client-facing environments.
- Conduct effective product presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to showcase products' advantages and salient features.
- Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience within the Building Materials / Architectural Products industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving of business growth.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Comfortable to travel locally on a daily basis. Having own transportation will be highly advantageous.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
