Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee project teams and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution.
• Create detailed project plans that define objectives, scope, timelines, and resource needs for building improvement projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial limits and providing regular expenditure updates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and building regulations, as well as other legal requirements.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to minimize disruptions, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
• Track project progress against key milestones and deliverables, addressing any deviations and taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage changes to project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring all modifications are thoroughly assessed, approved, and executed.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of twenty years of experience in general building and renovation projects, with formal qualifications in a building-related discipline, is required.
• Experienced with building systems, construction methods, materials, as well as market rates and industry practices is essential.
• Proven leadership abilities are critical for managing project teams, offering guidance, resolving conflicts, and motivating team members to meet project objectives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with stakeholders, presenting project plans and updates, and fostering collaboration among team members.
