Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee OTC transaction reporting to meet regulatory obligations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate and monitor Trade Repository (TR) reports, investigate discrepancies, and resolve rejected trades.
• Ensure regulatory updates are implemented in reporting processes.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to analyze and improve processes.
• Review and enhance legacy processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve controls.
• Support New Product Agreements (NPA) and delegate reporting, ensuring compliance and timely implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in trade lifecycle management or regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with OTC derivatives and trade repository reporting.
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Analytical skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Proficiency in data-driven performance analysis and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
