As a Big Data Technical Lead in the Core Banking IT team, you'll drive the evolution of a mission-critical global payment system used across multiple business units. Collaborate in a multicultural and agile environment, leading software design and delivery using Java, Kafka, Hadoop, Flink, and other cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle product development and delivery.
• Architect scalable, performant solutions and enforce development best practices.
• Design and implement complex big data solutions.
• Engage in agile practices and CI/CD workflows.
• Support production and troubleshoot critical issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Storm, Kafka, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of Kafka, containerization (Docker/K8s), and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in finance or investment banking domains is good to have.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and a collaborative mindset.
