Job Summary:

The BMS System Engineer is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of Building Management Systems (BMS) for data centers across the Asia-Pacific region. This role oversees the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery while coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and consultants. The engineer will drive the technical aspects of BMS systems, monitor industry trends, and explore innovative solutions for intelligent data center operations.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement BMS systems (BA, EPMS, EMS, SCADA) for data centers in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of BMS projects, including design, implementation, and handover.
  • Oversee BMS project delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and accuracy standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams and vendors to resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.
  • Stay up to date with the latest BMS technology trends and assess their potential application.
  • Develop standardized processes, documentation, and testing requirements for project execution.
  • Optionally, create a BMS technology roadmap and explore intelligent data center operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors to support the smooth operation of BMS projects.


Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in BMS system implementation and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for technical documentation and drawings.
  • Proven ability to manage BMS system projects from start to finish with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with BMS industry standards, advanced technologies, and large-scale electrical/cooling systems.
