Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store
• Perform individual sales target
• Monitor and motivate the team to achieve the store target
• Assist to evaluate, train and coach the staff in a manner consistent with policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
• Maximize opportunities to recruit new customers and maintain long-term customer relationship
• Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge
• Maintain high standard of store presentation and stock management
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience with 2 years in supervisory position
• Prior experience in luxury retail is advantageous
• Knowledgeable in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience
