Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of credit models and system initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into user stories and test cases.
  • Work closely with technology teams to develop feasible and scalable solutions.
  • Define testing approaches and sign-off criteria for stakeholders.
  • Prepare test scenarios and cases for production fixes, system enhancements, and migrations.
  • Document data flow, system design, business solutions, and testing approaches.
  • Perform data extraction and mapping for analytical needs.
  • Conduct impact analysis on issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Track and manage system enhancements and unresolved issues to completion.
  • Provide user support and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in system implementation and testing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Credit Risk Models (experience in stress testing and corporate models would be good to have).
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
