Business Development Manager - Semiconductor Testing
Location: Singapore/ overseas travel required
Job Summary:
Seeking a driven Business Development Manager with deep expertise in semiconductor testing to lead client acquisition, drive strategic growth, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in ATE, wafer probe, final test, and burn-in.
- Build and maintain relationships with semiconductor companies, OEMs, and test houses.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or technical sales in semiconductor testing.
- Good understanding of ATE systems (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest) and wafer/package-level test solutions.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills; global BD experience and willingness to travel are advantageous.
