Responsibilities
Follow up with standard process to respond to reported risk cases in a timely and accurate manner via internal platforms and support tools;
Summarize and classify the feedback cases reported, check the response and case solving quality weekly.
Figure out the shorteness or issues of online risk control policy and process while handling cases, work with internal team to improve the policy and process.
Educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with our processes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and reach agreements with others;
2 years and above
Qualifications:
Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders;
Details oriented, self-driven and curious to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
