Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure in-app exposure slots ahead of campaign periods, and prepare design collaterals for launch during campaign
- Conduct regular competitor monitoring to stay abreast of ecommerce trends and industry developments.
- Prepare detailed reports that delve into user performance during campaigns, extracting insights and learnings to enhance future campaign performance.
- Assist in campaign execution and operational setup on backend systems.
- Crafting Voucher mechanics before ecommerce sales campaigns, and monitoring real-time performance to implement data-driven optimizations.
- Support end-to-end product merchandising during campaign periods, curating relevant product pools and developing traffic/subsidy/resource plans to drive product sales during campaigns
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree, Polytechnic Diploma or tertiary education degree, with a specialization in Marketing/Business Administration is a bonus.
- Independent and self-motivated, demonstrating a good sense of ownership for projects.
- Solid stakeholder and project management skills, with a proven track record in delivering cross-functional projects.
- Prior internship experience in ecommerce is a plus.
- Comfortable with numbers, possessing analytical and structured thinking abilities to derive data-driven insights.
