We are looking for Client Operations Executives to join us here in ManpowerGroup Singapore.
This role is responsible for delivering customised workforce management solutions fully leveraging on the Group's suite of solutions where we source, assess, develop and manage the talents that enables clients to win.
The role will ensure that contractual compliance is delivered to our clients along with effective service delivery, while driving continual improvement of processes and procedures.
Role Highlights
Serve as primary contact for processing needs and change management
Track process changes and drive documentation updates according to directives
Coordinate and process workforce onboarding, renewals and offboarding
Handle inquiries from stakeholders
Maintain in-depth knowledge on legal requirements (example: Employment Act) and ensure compliance with local legislation is administered
Clearly explain policies and best practices in relation to our and client's workforce operations
Handle day-to-day operations involving interactions with stakeholders and clients
Profile and Experience
Bachelor's Degree with experience in Business Operations and/or Customer Service
Possesses strong communication and time management skills
Possesses an ability to maintain winning relationships with an understanding of cultural differences and modifies communication style effectively
Reliable with the ability to exercise discretion (this role often deals with confidential information)
Meticulous
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; adaptative and flexible when required.
