We are partnering with a Global MNC based in China hiring for a Collection Analyst Manager . The candidate must be proficient in the mandarin language as this role requires the candidate to relocate to China
- Oversee inbound financial services team
- Oversee accounts receivable (collections) for the Finance portfolios
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annual performance reporting
- Analyse existing and proposed methods and procedures in the Consumer
- Finance business unit to proactively develop new ways to increase
- efficiency and streamline processes
- Assisting and encouraging the development of objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of resources in the department
- Comply with relevant legislation including and not limited to Privacy Act, National Consumer
- Management of the month end process ensuring all aspects are considered and able to prepare, execute, review and analyse month-end results including key drivers, trends and KPI's
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency (written & oral) in MANDARIN (Degree in CHINESE Studies and equivalent ) this role requires the candidate to liaise with counterparts in China
- Willingness to relocate to China
- Well verse in understanding & experience in financial services industry - Collections/Accounts Receivable
