Responsibilities
- Walk the ground in selected hospitals, shadowing users, note challenges faced and to assist them accordingly.
- Provide basic digital literacy training and support to those who are unfamiliar with technology.
- Advocate for the benefits of using digital services and encourage users to adopt them.
- Assist in customers' general enquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Candidates with no experience are open to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- There will be training provided for them to understand the role, what they need to do as well as lead POCs to report their daily jobs.
