Job duties:

• Maintaining contract documents and its preparation
• Preparing major construction tenders, professional service agreements, non-disclosure agreements and standard industry forms of contract
• Streamlining mitigation processes to comply with company SOP
• liaising with all related stakeholders to ensure constant development of contract and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years contract management experience in construction industry
• Possess diploma/degree in any construction related role
• Ability to build up contract for various agreement types
