Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute a programme of internal and external engagements (writing of speeches, opinion articles, internal notes, social media content).
- Develop and execute a two-way communications programme and engaging content that ensures the teams feel connected to strategy and thematic priorities.
- Deliver internal content, campaigns, and news.
- Drive media relations and support paid media activities with coherent and sustained narratives, build media relationships and create media stories.
- Manage crisis communications by ensuring that the bank's reputation is safeguarded during challenging situations, with development of crisis management plans and proactive media /social listening.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or in any related majors.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in Corporate Communications role in Banking, Financial or Insurance Industry.
- Must have experience in writing / creating contents.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
