Job Scope
Customer Support
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers with airfreight and oceanfreight inquiries and shipments.
* Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Shipment Coordination
* Oversee airfreight shipment logistics, including booking, tracking, and handling documentation.
* Work closely with carriers, customs brokers, and other key stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries.
Problem Solving
* Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process, keeping customers informed about delays or changes.
* Use critical thinking to develop effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Nitec with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics-related role.
- Relevant certifications and formal education in logistics or a related field
