Responsibilities:

• Participate in the automation of deployment solutions, streamlining the release process.
• Assist in preparing environments for testing phases, ensuring smooth and efficient testing processes.
• Contribute to the development of tools that simplify day-to-day activities and enhance productivity.
• Facilitate coordination and communication between program developers and infrastructure engineers.
• Maintain and improve the CI/CD pipeline to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Provide investigation support, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.
• Document processes and ensure adherence to established procedures.
• Ensure high-quality delivery to production environments.
• Work autonomously while maintaining effective communication with the project and support teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or DevOps teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Jenkins and Git (GitLab).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Ansible.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with GitLab.

Good to have:

• Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools such as Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Java development, database systems, monitoring tools (Grafana/Prometheus/Alert Manager/ELK/Kibana), Jira, etc.
• Experience with grid computing.
• Basic understanding of finance and investment banking, particularly Market Risk.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the software development life cycle.
