We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled On-Site BIM Modeller (M&E Works) to support one of our key projects. The role involves full-time on-site 3D BIM modelling for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, based on design drawings and coordination updates, as well as the preparation of BIM-based documentation for project execution and submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for M&E systems using Autodesk Revit (RVT format).
- Model and coordinate components such as cable trays, cable routing, electrical panels, junction boxes, and equipment layouts.
- Generate BIM-based documentation including:
- Shop drawing submissions (DWG & PDF)
- Quantity take-offs and material schedules (Excel)
- Work closely with project engineers and stakeholders to ensure coordination between disciplines.
- Participate in regular on-site technical and coordination meetings to support timely issue resolution and integration.
- Ensure BIM model compliance with project standards and company quality requirements.
- Support project progress tracking and documentation based on site activities and design changes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or related field.
- Prior experience working on energy, process automation, or industrial facility projects is desirable.
- Experience working with EPC contractors or in a systems integration environment is desirable.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in BIM modelling for M&E or industrial projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of M&E systems and construction workflows.
- Familiarity with industry standards and coordination processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently at the client site and manage dynamic project demands.
