Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare materials necessary for engaging learning experiences.
• Maintain an organized and disciplined learning environment.
• Ensure the well-being of children, always treating them with honor and respect.
• Design and maintain a classroom setting that supports learning and promotes the holistic development of children.
• Establish and maintain high standards of routine care.
• Observe and document each child's development and progress.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with parents to enhance support for their children.
• Work closely with colleagues to contribute to the success of the center.
• Attend all relevant meetings and engage actively in team planning sessions.
• Serve as a positive role model for children and colleagues.
• Maintain a high level of professional competence through ongoing development and training.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education in Teaching or any relevant field
• Excellent communication skills
• L2 or L1 certified incumbent are encouraged to apply
• Passionate in Early Childhood Education
• Loving, caring, a go-getter and a communicator

Other Information:

• Location: Central
• Standard working hours
• Salary up to $4000 (depends on experience) + Bonus
