Job Responsibilities:

• Manage mask blanks optical and laser system inspection equipment for providing operation support to production and engineering
• Establish and upkeep inspection tools' performance and capability, detection sensitvity, accuracy and stability
• Setup new or optimize inspection standards/recipe in accordance to product specification and tools' classification
• Maintain system functionality and reliability; liaise with external vendors on preventive maintenance, parts replacement, troubleshooting, improvement projects and coordinate with internal team for scheduling and allocation
• Manage internal budgeting and expenses for parts procurement, service support, repair, and maintenance
• Develop and implement inspection procedures. Train and educate users for basic tool settings and recovery.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in semiconductor industry or clean room environment
• Degree in Engineering and any related fields
• Candidates with hands-on working experience in optical inspection system or familiar with SEMI standards is a plus
• Have interest in working with data analysis, statistical tools to identify gaps and opporunitunities for continual improvement
