Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and prioritize scheduling requests for the Advisory team and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office management for the growing Singapore office.
- Support the Client Service team in Europe with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Arrange travel logistics, manage expense tracking, and ensure seamless coordination for team visits.
- Act as a trusted partner, handling sensitive investor information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and liaise with global departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Business or any related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or client-facing administrator.
- Background or interest in financial services and working in an international team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Teams, and Zoom.
