Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facilities / building maintenance section to accomplish objective in plant maintenance, electrical capacity and design planning and related projects.
  • Ensure and maintain the respective team in sustaining KPIs - System Uptime, Technical Spending, EHS Safety, Housekeeping, PPM maintenance/closure etc.
  • Assist HOD in planning of maintenance and electrical services for the plant.
  • Source contractors for the execution of modifying and upgrading process setup, cost avoidance and productivity improvements projects.
  • Update on the potential and current maintenance problems as well as recommending corrective measures.
  • Ensure minimum downtime of all facilities equipment.
  • Involve in renovation and plant layout, oversee all new projects in relation to upgrading of facilities.
  • Participate in project management, contract negotiation, preparation of tenders and establishing schedules. Initiate necessary actions to correct schedule slippage, cost over runs or deficient quality.



Job Requirements

  • Completed technical studies (Bachelor Engineering in Electrical/Instrumentation & Control). Minimum 5 years of industrial PLC control (Siemen, WinCC) skillset would be the best.
  • Experience in attending to technical equipment/ installations
  • Good knowledge of cleanroom technology
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and technical rules
