Job Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the organization's office and vehicular assets
• Overseeing office expansions, renovations, layout planning and maintaining functionality (coordinate provision of utilities and services, etc), comfort, and safety standards of the facility/premises
• Ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Manage vehicular programs by overseeing acquisition, insurance, permits, serviceability (maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal).
• Maintain compliance to meet regulatory standards and requirements (e.g. ISO 45001) of operations.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors.
• Prepare status reports for management overview.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities/fleet management
• Possess Diploma in Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Possess valid Class 3 license
