Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of the company's products and components at customer locations.
- Deliver high-quality work by providing effective service and technical support to customers.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding technical and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and other records.
- Assist the sales team in securing service orders.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive with the ability to manage, develop, and execute plans and objectives efficiently.
- Demonstrates high integrity, discipline, and self-motivation.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
