Responsibilities

• Able to plan and execute financial strategy and regularly assess organisational performance against annual budget and company's long-term strategy for growth
• Enable the company to stay lean, agile and innovative by developing financial business plans, revenue models and forecasts
• To lead long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with the company's strategic plan
• Assist in all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the company
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretarial agents to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and all filing requirements
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business and growth activities
• Build relationships with financial institutions and banks for long-term partnerships

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a related role
• Experienced in managing at least 3 audit cycles
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• Well verse in IFRS and/or local FRS within SEA region
• Able to work under pressure to meet targets and due dates
