Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on cost of goods sold (COGS) to support financial decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze COGS variances, providing insights to management.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and validate product costing at different stages of production/delivery.
• Collaborate with the logistics and purchasing teams to ensure all landed cost components are captured and allocated correctly.
• Develop and implement processes to track and report landed costs accurately.
• Assist in daily, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including passing of accrual and closing journal entries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance
• Possess 5 years of professional accounting experience in a fast-paced, consumer goods industry.
• Minimum 2-4 years of proven financial analysis (income statement and balance sheet management) experience.
• Experience with landed cost reconciliation and inventory management.
• Well verse in cost accounting and basic knowledge of cash flow management.
