Our client, a global leader in the flavors and fragrances industry with a strong presence in personal care, is seeking a talented Creative Fragrance Manager/Senior Manager to spearhead fragrance development for the Personal Wash category across the ASEAN region.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Oversee: Fragrance development activities for the Personal Wash category across the ASEAN region.
  • Strategic Direction: Provide strategic direction for the creative fragrance management team in Singapore, driving category growth in the region.
  • Project Management: Oversee all internal aspects of projects, working closely with Perfumers, R&D, Applications Lab, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Guide and Collaborate: Actively guide and collaborate with Perfumers during the creative and modification processes, establishing effective communication platforms.
  • Fragrance Evaluation: Evaluate and select commercially successful fragrances to drive win rates with key customers in the category.
  • Global Impact: Maintain regional and global visibility, collaborating with other Innotive Centres as needed to complete project tasks.
  • Fragrance Library Management: Make effective use of the fragrance library for assigned categories, using it as a starting point for briefs. Keep the fragrance library updated, identifying gaps and developing new fragrances inspired by key product launches for creative interpretation.
  • Market Insight and Engagement: Stay informed on market trends and consumer preferences within the Asia Pacific region and interpret consumer test results, and engage with customers during visits with the Affiliate Sales Team.


What We're Looking For:

  • Chemistry and Aroma Expertise: Knowledge of chemistry and aroma chemicals.
  • Sensory Evaluation Skills: Exceptional organoleptic skills and experience with laboratory procedures and methodology.
  • Creative Vision: Proven creative fragrance development skills with at least 8-10 years of experience.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to guide and collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
