Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Address incoming calls, emails or in person inquiries/requests
- Ensuring reception is aware of clients' movements for each day and any instructions throughout the day are communicated to all team members
- Ensure all office records are kept up to date and office facilities supplies are fully replenished and stocked up
- Oversee clients' inventory is stocked up and make orders on behalf of clients where necessary
- Perform calendar booking of meeting rooms for the centre
- Ensure maintenance of equipment in the office and liaise with vendors to ensure serviceability of equipment (printers, fax machine, light fixtures, water features, etc)
- Arranging couriers and taxis, restaurant reservation, hotel accommodation for clients
Job Requirements
- Possess 1 year experience as a receptionist/customer service/call centre/hospitality
- Able to communicate effectively and multitask
