Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Revenue Management:
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals.
    • Monitor sales performance and analyse key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Design and implement promotional and marketing plans to boost revenue and attract new clients.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all spa products and services to effectively promote and sell them.
  2. Sales Training and Development:
    • Provide continuous sales training and coaching to enhance staff selling skills and product knowledge.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings to motivate and educate the team.
    • Ensure staff are well-versed in current promotions, services, and products.
  3. Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
    • Manage staff schedules, appointments, and workflow to optimize efficiency.
    • Ensure the spa is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
    • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and evaluate spa staff, ensuring they meet performance and service standards.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and team-building activities.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    • Resolve staff issues or conflicts promptly and fairly.
  5. Administrative Duties:
    • Manage the wellness centre's budget
    • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
    • Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
    • Maintain precise records of client treatments, sales, and inventory.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma with proficiency in Retail Management and any relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the wellness industry.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in spa management software and MS Office
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in medical spa setting.
