Responsibilities:

  • Monitor of the Services Tracker to ensure that the data collection is robust, vendors are keeping to SLAs, and spotting any errors.
  • Ensure that service delivery of services from vendors is of high quality, as well as ensuring that communication in internal communication platforms is clear, concise, and meeting documentation standards for proper audit trails and record keeping.
  • Spot check factual accuracy and guidance in internal communication platforms, and escalates to the regional team if there are any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees and escalate for further investigation if required.
  • Assist with data review projects as requested.
  • Responsible for editing and translation of Service Guides for all APAC locations and support quarterly review cycle.
  • Review various record systems for accuracy and communicate with relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Assign new cases to the vendors, including monitoring for data accuracy and ensure timely follow up of all services.
  • Answer base level queries from vendors/employees.



Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with more than 3 years of work experience in a relevant process operations optimization field.
  • Well-versed in MS Excel with proficiency in functions such as vlookup/hlookup/conditional formatting/pivot tables/etc. to perform data analysis and process improvement.
  • Good experience in reconciliation and data analysis
  • Experience in handling HR related data is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and proactive service awareness.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks/queries in a fast-paced environment.
