Responsibilities

  • To Manage full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, training & development, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning.
  • Conduct induction program for new joiners and exit interviews for resignees.
  • Hands-on review of payroll administration, various claims under government-paid leave scheme and MOM surveys.
  • Manage EPOL and WPOL user rights, application and renewal of Employment Passes, S-Passes and Work Permits.
  • Ensure proper leave management and E-Leave System adhering to the leave policies.
  • Oversee training and development courses / seminars and handle related training grants submissions.
  • Facilitate and assist the line managers in performance appraisal, promotion and career management including resolution of staff grievances.
  • Liaise with insurance broker for medical insurance renewals, handle insurance claim issues and manage annual health screenings
  • Plan and organize company events, activities and HR briefings to promote employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain HR Information System and ensure accurate HR data and analysis reports.
  • Establish the HRA annual budget and manage the expenditure to achieve effective programs and costs savings.
  • Maintain and update Employee Handbook and Collective Agreement, formulate and administer effective HR policies in full compliance with Employment Act and legislations.
  • Facilitate ISO Audit and documentation development.



Admin

  • Review and manage the contracts renewal for office admin equipment (including office telephone and mobile phones), company transport, motor vehicle insurance renewal etc.
  • Oversee and manage inventory of admin and pantry supplies, corporate gifts.
  • Oversee and manage annual uniform issuance to field staff.
  • Oversee and manage the issuance of Jurong Island Pass, office keys, access cards, name cards etc
  • Ensure accurate data and records matrix for various administrative functions.
  • Continual review and recommendation of policies, benefits, process and system improvement in the HR & Admin function, including green initiatives.



Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Organized, hands-on and meticulous with an eye for details.
