Reporting to the Regional Human Resource Manager, this role oversees HR projects, analytics, systems and processes in Talent Management activities to meet business goals while ensuring compliance with employment law and legislation. Highly proficient in HR data analytics and data visualization, the incumbent will drive data-driven decision-making to optimise HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance and support to business/stakeholders
- Execute and oversee HR projects, systems, and processes aligned to business requirements and objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour policies, employment laws, and legislations
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goals and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify critical skills and competencies required for various roles
- Develop and maintain talent profiles and succession plans for key positions
- Training program development and implementation
- Career development and succession planning
- Employee engagement and retention
- Provide support in performance management and HR transformation initiatives & projects
- Data analytics and strategic reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR, including 2 years in a business partner role with demonstrated emphasis on utilising data analytics for strategic decision-making
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions such as compensation & benefits, employee relations and engagement, performance management, talent management, executive / tech training, internship, and scholarship management
- Understanding of relevant labour policies, employment laws, and legislation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities with proven track record of effective independent and collaborative work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Capacity to think innovatively and outside conventional boundaries
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and uncertain situations
