Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of optical and laser inspection equipment for mask blanks, providing support to production and engineering teams.
• Establish and maintain the performance and capabilities of inspection tools, including detection sensitivity, accuracy, and stability.
• Set up new inspection standards or optimize existing ones based on product specifications and tool classifications.
• Ensure the system's functionality and reliability; coordinate with external vendors for preventive maintenance, parts replacement, troubleshooting, and improvement projects, while working with the internal team on scheduling and resource allocation.
• Manage internal budgets and expenses related to parts procurement, service support, repairs, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement inspection procedures; train and educate users on basic tool settings and recovery.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in semiconductor industry or clean room environment
• Degree in Engineering and any related fields
• Candidates with hands-on working experience in optical inspection system or familiar with SEMI standards is a plus
• Have interest in working with data analysis, statistical tools to identify gaps and opporunitunities for continual improvement
