Responsibilities:
- Provide compliance support, consulting services, and monitoring in support of management's business objectives and their responsibility to mitigate risk.
- As point of contact, work closely with Compliance and other Business Users in addressing regulatory queries.
- Provide technical information, responses, or historical data from respective gaming systems as requested by authorities within the given timeline.
- Manage data, supporting documents, correspondence of past and on-going non-compliance incidents
- Communicate and interface with vendors and business users for system investigations that leads to potential non-compliance
- Manage compliance related projects and support on-going systems for any troubleshooting or features enhancements
- Manage regular internal and external audit reviews in line with regulatory and governance requirements, and keep track of the follow up actions
Requirements:
- High degree of professional ethics and attention to detail
- Technical discipline preferably with IT background.
- Well versed in SQL database management and query.
- Experience in automation tool.
- Experience in risk mitigation, business process consulting, internal audit, or ethics and compliance in a multinational company
- Basic project management knowledge, Team presentation skill & Business analytical skill
