Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the delivery of the end-to-end product life cycle, ensuring proper control over governance, scope, resources, timeline, budget, and risks.
• Write user stories and epics, ensuring that the scope, acceptance criteria, and definitions are clearly articulated.
• Ensure the team backlog is visible and understood by all stakeholders.
• Ensure each backlog item meets compliance with relevant requirements:
  • Regulatory approvals
  • Governance requirements
  • Operational risk requirements
  • Non-functional requirements
  • Business requirements for implementation and adoption in markets
• Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Science, Business Administration, Social Sciences (Psychology, Economics), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• Insurance and/or financial services industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and changing priorities.
