1. Key Account Management
Develop & maintain strong relationships with key accounts including major retailers.
Act as the primary point of contact for these accounts, ensuring their needs are met.

Forecasting and demand planning
1.1 Work closely with our upstream channels and monitoring of shipments.
1.2 Provide update of upcoming shipment by checking on various shipping line website.
1.3 Follow through on documents such as freight invoice, seawaybill etc.

Working Location:
Before probation: 3 days at 1 Buroh Lane, Singapore 618292. 2 days at home
After probation: 1 day at 1 Buroh Lane, Singapore 618292. 4 days at home
