Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with community managers and administrators to maintain close communication with players within the Discord group. Collect players' suggestions and feedback regarding gameplay, monetization, and events. Compile and organize this information into public opinion reports and synchronize them with HQ. At the same time, promptly update players on the latest game developments.
  • Based on an understanding of local users and insights into local culture, propose gameplay suggestions for version design. This includes, but is not limited to, core gameplay, peripheral gameplay, and key commercialization recommendations. Communicate these proposals with HQ and work to promote the implementation of the gameplay features.
  • Access the version's testing server in advance to experience the version. Gather feedback from core players and influencers and communicate promptly with HQ to assist in optimizing the version's content design.
  • In conjunction with the monthly version content, communicate with community and social media colleagues to develop and complete the community release plan and promotional plan. Additionally, assist in the creation of related community promotion content.



Requirements.

  • Deeper gamer is plus. Passionate about playing PC, Console, and mobile games. Deeper gamer of FPS is a plus.
  • Well-organized, good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the community is a plus, preferably in the gaming/IT/Internet industry
  • Able to work under pressure and find solutions to multiple and varying needs.
